Terms

Last updated: 30 July 2026

These terms govern the purchase of the digital products offered on tradingakademiq.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept the terms below.

1. Seller

The seller is Trading Academy (tradingakademiq.com), owned by Hristo Kalpakov, based in Bulgaria (EU).
[Full business details required by Bulgarian consumer and e-commerce law — company number, registered address and correspondence address — to be added here before the site goes live.]

2. Product and price

We sell one digital product: the book “The Trader’s Path” (PDF, 53 pages) for €24.90 , with a trading video course, a ready-made beginner strategy and a results tracker included free. The price is final and includes all applicable taxes.

3. Formation of the contract

The contract of sale is concluded at the moment payment is confirmed — immediately after a successful transaction through Stripe.

4. Payment

  • Card (Stripe): payment is processed instantly through secure Stripe Checkout.
  • Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. Card details are entered on a Stripe page and never pass through this site.

5. Delivery

Delivery is entirely digital and immediate: as soon as payment is confirmed you receive an email with a private link to the customer panel on the site, containing the book (to read online and to download) and the video course. Panel access has no expiry date — you can also sign in with the email from your order using a one-time code. PDF downloads are limited to 10 (reading in the panel is unlimited), and every page of the file is stamped with the buyer’s email address as protection against unauthorised sharing.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 57(13) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, which implements the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to contracts for the supply of non-physical digital content whose performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. That is the case here: the materials are delivered automatically and immediately after payment, and by confirming the order the customer gives that consent and accepts the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Before buying, anyone can judge whether the content is useful: the site offers a free excerpt from the book, and a description of every chapter is public on the product page.

Technical problems. If for any reason you cannot access the materials you paid for — the link doesn’t work, the panel won’t open, the file won’t download — write to us through the contact page with the email from your order. We will restore access, and if that proves impossible we will refund the amount paid in full.

7. Intellectual property

The book, the video course and all accompanying materials are protected by copyright and are intended solely for the buyer’s personal use. Reselling, publicly distributing or sharing the materials or the private access links is prohibited.

8. Liability and risk warning

The content of the book, the course and the site is entirely educational and does not constitute investment advice, financial consultancy or a recommendation to buy or sell any specific financial instrument. Trading the financial markets carries a high risk of losing capital. Trading decisions and all their consequences are entirely the user’s responsibility.

9. Complaints and contact

If you have a problem with access, delivery or the content of the product, write to us through the contact page, quoting the email address used for the order — we will reply as quickly as possible.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Commerce Act, and by the applicable law of the European Union. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, before the competent court, unless the applicable law provides otherwise in the consumer’s favour.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is always available on this page; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
